Spelling Bee!

Chances are you k-n-o-w how to spell the word “couch,” unlike Adam Sandler’s character Billy Madison in the flick “Billy Madison.” If you were the spelling c-h-a-m-p back in the day, or if you think you would a-c-e a spelling test if you were given one today, you should participate in Orland Park’s 33rd Annual Orland “Open” Spelling Bee! There were 101 contestants last year, so you’ll be competing against those young and old! It will be a f-u-n time! Click here for more information.
Where: The Presbyterian Church of Orland Park, 13401 S. Wolf Road, Orland Park.
When: Register at 1:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 16. Spelling bee starts at 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 16.
